If I haven't mentioned this yet, you need to visit DesignInMotion EVERY DAY. There isn't a day that goes by where I don't hit this site at least once. Sure, there are a lot of cool sites out there that give you the chance to see good video reels, cool Flash animations, and great graphics... but who lets you keep them? DesignInMotion gives you the chance to download Quicktimes of all of their postings, which is great. I've created a great little directory of tons of their clips from weeks back. I flip through these show openers, animations, commercials, etc. to generate ideas and see what the top dogs of my industry are doing for fun. It's a great resource, and the fact that you can store the media offline makes it even better.
